• Led Complex Design Projects: Guided multiple stakeholders, including legal, development, and clients, through the designs of three global design iterations built to enhance user experience for tax-related features.
• Pushed Continuous Improvement and Integration: Implemented continuous updates for US and Canadian tax forms, ensured mobile responsiveness, and integrated third-party services like TurboTax to streamline user experience.

Oversaw the strategy, planning and design of Revel’s enterprise products and features with the Design, Product
and Engineering teams.

• Acted as the Primary Product Designer on four different teams all working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

• Researched industry trends, competitors, and comparable experiences to perform gap analysis.
